• Experience: Should not be a first-time Conclave attendee (familiarity with the event and culture is a must). Except former Ruck Interns, since they know how the Fraternity P&E Staff operates a large-scale event.

• Class Standing: Loyal legionnaires (previous Conclave attendees). Graduated seniors from the Class of 2026 or 2027 are also welcome to apply. Cannot be a Chapter Delegate, Alternate or designated Chapter Alumni Volunteer.

• Vibe: Organized, proactive, professional, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

1. Pre-Meeting & Registration Setup (Tuesday – Wednesday)

• Arrive early on Tuesday to get acclimated and prep for the week.

• Introduce yourself to the Educational Foundation/Headquarters staff before registration opens. Verify that current NUTS! Society Members and Scholar lists are accurate and ensure check-in staff know that NUTS! Members and Scholars receive a specific Ribbon(s) and Button.

• Help the NUTS! Quartermaster move and carry boxes of swag.

2. NUTS! Swag Distribution (Wednesday – Thursday)

• Lead and assist with the primary distribution of Society swag on Wednesday.

• Help set up and strike down swag location in a public hotel area on Wednesday and/or Thursday as directed by the Quartermaster.

3. VIP Logistics & Morning Scouting (Thursday)

• Check in with hotel restaurant staff during Thursday morning breakfast to scout and confirm space for the Friday morning Founders and leadership (accommodating 10–20 people).

4. Business & Main Events (Friday)

• Business Meeting: Provide on-the-ground assistance directing Members to the meeting and during the NUTS! Business Meeting in the afternoon, continuing any remaining swag distribution with the Quartermaster.

• Scholar Swag Distribution: Coordinate with the Quartermaster to retrieve and distribute Scholar Swag on Friday following the group photo.

• Group Photos: Check in Scholars, text missing scholars, help photographer(s) coordinate the NUTS! Scholar Group Photo set up near the designated area Friday night.

• The Auction: Monitor the Auction tables, Assist the Auctioneer and Electronic Payment Officer during the late-night auction portion of the Friday evening celebration.

• All-In Team Player: Handle other logistical duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Society leadership.

• Registration, Travel and Lodging: Your registration, round trip airfare and lodging with other NUTS-Terns in a shared room is provided.

• Exclusive Access: Get an insider’s view of Conclave operations and network directly with some of SigEp’s most impressive alumni and volunteers nationwide in the Nuts McAuliffe Society.

• Special Invites: Earn your keep and enjoy perks like attending member events later in the weekend.

• Conclave Fun: When not on duty, you are free to enjoy and explore all Conclave events and activities.

• Experience: Valuable experience in project management, problem solving, public speaking.
